MODIFIED LIVE – A PARTY TO BRING THE CAR SCENE TOGETHER
Modified Live is an event designed to bring the entire car scene together. For spectators, it is a way to get a snippet of almost everything the car scene and other events have to offer in the one place at the one time. For event promoters, it’s a way to showcase their event to a new audience and its also a great way for traders to interact with the car community. Race and street car owners can also go racing at the same price as any Race for Real or Test and Tune at only $60. The show and shine and car meet also mean car enthusiast can hang out and socialise with racing and entrainment as well. All genres of the car scene are welcome form imports to V8 muscle, show cars to street cars, drag cars to race cars and there is also a Pro Burnout Exhibition. There truly is something for everyone.
There will also be great media coverage for competitors, sponsors and businesses, with livestreams on 1320 Video and StreetFX, who have a combined reach of over 15 million fans, as well as coverage by Motive DVD, Tuned, and more.

DRAG BATTLE ENCORE
The headline act for Modified Live #2 is that cars that competed in the Tuners Edge Drag Battle and GT-R Challenge will be on display and racing at Modified Live #2, with footage being part of this years coverage for the event. See GT-R monsters from Maatouk’s Racing, B2R, CRD, C&V, Motorsports Mechanical and more! How will they go compared to their times at Cootamundra?
The Drag Racing component is run as a Test & Tune, open to both street and race cars. The event is run under IHRA, so all their safety and racing regulations apply. A quick note, all cars with ABS and driver’s airbag can run up to 10.0 and 140mph under IHRA.
Spots are limited to 30 invitational race cars plus 120 regular entries. Invitational is for pro race cars and street cars of interest that run under 8.99

There will be another 120 remaining spots for the night for race and street cars. It will be on a first come, first served basis until full. There will be no pre-entries.
Gates will open at 9am for drag racers through the competitors entrance. Sign-on and scrutineering will remain open until 2.30pm and racing starts at 1pm. Pits are open with no pre-reserved spots. Please follow instructions of event staff in regards to parking so we can ensure everyone has ample space.
Various prominent tuning shops from Sydney will be in attendance inducing Pac Performance, Maatouk’s Racing, Croydon Racing Developments, Birrong Automotive, Queen Street Racing and more!

PRO BURNOUT DEMONSTRATIONS
We will be holding an invitational burnout competition where the winner will be voted by the crowd online, meaning the fans get to pick! There will be cash and prizes up for grabs. To apply for an invitational spot email: email@example.com
SHOW & SHINE MODIFIED CAR MEET
The Show and Shine will be held in the pit area while the Modified Car Meet is held on the grass pit area.
Show and Shine is $50 for car and driver and will be judged with trophies. Entry will be through the competitor entrance.
Car meet is $30 for car and driver with entry through the spectator entrance.

Spectator entry is via the Spectator gate off Ferrers Road. There is spectator parking inside the venue. You then simply walk to the spectator ticket booth to purchase your ticket on the day.

If wet weather is forecast for the event, we reserve the right to cancel the event prior to 9am on the day. Any cancellation notice will be posted here, on the Sydney Dragway Facebook Page, the event Facebook Page and the Motive DVD Facebook Page. All entries and tickets pre-purchased will be rolled over into the next Modified Live OR Sydney Dragway Test and Tune if there is no More Modified Live events.
All entries are on a first come, first saved basis. Once we are full, we will not accept any more drag racing or show&shine entries.
Motorsport is dangerous. Entry into the venue is at your own risk. Please note that the pit area constantly has cars moving around, and various race cars are loud enough to cause hearing damage if you are too close. Please supervise all children while inside the venue and watch for traffic in the pits.
